Shipping & returns
Before the items ordered by you are shipped, they are checked for damage and completeness. We ship your order within 1 to 2 working days. Shipments are normally delivered the next 1 or 2 working days. Due to the busyness of the parcel deliverers, delays are sometimes unavoidable. The shipping costs per order are from € 12.50.
If there is a problem with the ordered items [for example missing parts, damage], they can of course be returned. Please contact our customer service for this.
